Frequently Asked Questions

What types of vehicles do you operate?
At present, we utilize 15 passenger vans. For charters, this will allow for 14 passengers and the driver makes 15.

Can I cancel my reservation for a refund?
Customers may cancel their individual reservation for a full refund up until 24 hours prior to scheduled departure, after which no refunds will be issued. If you book your reservation less than 24 hours prior to scheduled departure, you will not be eligible for a refund. This policy does not extend to chartered services. Please see your individual contract for details.

Please allow up to 14 calendar days after cancelation for your refund to be processed. In some cases, your financial institution's policies may affect this processing time.
What happens if I miss either leg of my shuttle?
For your convenience, pickup and return departure times will be provided to you in writing on your reservation confirmaion. Please plan to be present and ready to board (for both initial pick-up and return) a minimum of 10-15 minutes PRIOR to your scheduled departure time. The shuttle operates on a schedule and except for extenuating circumstances, will not delay departures. No refunds will be issued for missed connections due to your delay.

If I have a small child, will they need a reservation?
Yes. Every passenger occupying a seat will require a paid reservation. Please refer to our child passenger restraint seat policy available on our website and be prepared to board with an appropriate child restraint safety seat.
Can we bring snacks on board?
In an effort to maintain cleanliness and ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers onboard, we ask that you refrain from the consumption of food and beverages on-board our shuttles. When necessary, you may transport food in spill-proof containers. Beverages must have a leak-proof closure (no fast food lids will be allowed). Please be sure to hydrate and refresh yourself prior to boarding. We will not make restroom stops (with the exception of chartered groups). Because of the potential exposure to the contraction of airborne illnesses, Dominion Shuttle requires that you wear a mouth and nose covering prior to boarding and throughout the duration of your trip. Face coverings with outward ventilation holes are not acceptable. If you present without an appropriate face covering, one may be provided at an additional cost to you.

You may opt not to wear a face covering, however, you will not be permitted to board our shuttle and we will not be able to offer our services to you.
I've decided not to take the shuttle and it's less than 24 hours before I am to board. Can I give my seat away?
Passengers aged 19 and older must present a valid ID in order to board the shuttle. Riders 18 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult in order to board the shuttle. The ID must match the name on the reservation, therefore reservations are not transferable. We will not be responsible for transporting unaccompanied minors.
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
At this time, all passengers must be able to load and unload without assistance. We look to offer a wheelchair-accessible shuttle in the near future.
